The scope of work and deliverables will be defined in individual agreements or proposals with clients.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information necessary for project execution.
  • Cooperate with GrowNion to meet project timelines.
  • Make payments in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Ensure they have the rights and permissions for any content provided to GrowNion (logos, images, text, etc.).

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payment terms will be outlined in each service agreement.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and materials created by GrowNion remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment, ownership of custom deliverables (such as websites) will transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated.
  • Our proprietary tools, methods, and templates remain the intellectual property of GrowNion.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • GrowNion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes, though we strive for measurable results.
  • Clients are responsible for complying with advertising policies (Google, Meta, etc.) when campaigns are run under their accounts.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations.

8. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (as per contract terms).
  • GrowNion may suspend or terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activities.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.). GrowNion is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or policy changes on third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

GrowNion reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
